Independent consultant for the detailed design and construction of the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway Project. The main structure consists of a major cable stayed bridge over the navigated channel of the Port of Cordova extended with approach viaducts at both sides. The cable stayed bridge has a total length of 651.50 m with a 390 m central span.
