Value engineering design of the elevated railway section of the first MRT line of Bangladesh. Responsible for the design of long-span bridges using the precast segmental girder concept constructed by the balanced cantilever method (originally cast-in-situ). Typical span lengths 45+70+45 m and 50+80+50 m. Design criteria following the Japanese code (DSRSC).
