NCE was responsible for independent design check of a three pinned precast concrete arch tunnel and detailed design of the portals. The tunnel is located on Highway No. 304 between Kabinburi and Pakthongchai. It is constructed as twin tunnel with 3 lanes + sidewalk in each direction.
